The green walnut husk peeling machine is specifically designed for the rapid removal of the outer green husk from fresh walnuts. It utilizes a completely waterless dry-peeling process, effectively preventing contamination and discoloration of the walnuts caused by traditional water washing and soaking.
The equipment features 10 independent shelling channels, 5 sets of plate-chain conveyor structures, and a cross-shaped baffle design. This ensures that walnuts are fed individually without crowding, significantly improving shelling integrity and processing efficiency.
The standard large-scale model has a processing capacity of 6–8 tons per hour and is equipped with a 2.2 kW gear motor. Suitable for walnut plantations and nut processing plants, it is an essential piece of equipment for achieving large-scale, hygienic walnut processing.
